Welcome to DVA Ryan! I know it looks a bit confusing at first but you will get a hang of it eventually. A good place to start would be the Pilot's Manual located in the Pilot's Center then Document Library. You can pick any flight in the schedule and fly it with whatever aircraft you are rated in (found in the pilot center) as long as it can safely reach it. You can submit your first flight report manually or download ACARS which will track and report your flight for you found in the fleet library among a selection of planes to download. Good luck and enjoy! On a side note, this is probably indicative of a need for a general FAQ before a pilot joins just to let he or she know the ins and outs of DVA.
