The "Stage 2" indicates what class of aircraft your program falls in. DVA has five different "stages" of aircraft programs. Roughly listed, they are:
Stage 1: CRJ-200
Stage 2: MD-88, B737
Stage 3: B727, B757/767, L-1011
Stage 4: MD-11, B777, DC-8
Stage 5: Concorde
Check out the Promotions Manual in the Pilot Center's Document Library. That covers the whole "stage" system in a lot more detail.
