Comcast has bought up Jackson/Monroe Time Warner Road Runner and my ISP is changing as of now. We have been instructed to notify our contacts of the domain change from name@jam.rr.com to name@comcast.net. I tried to change my Delta VA profile but can't get the validation code at the new address just now??? to validate the address change????....but can't get new Comcast mail yet either...zero/zip/nada help from Comcast-a great omen...any suggestions?

Binford - FYI, I had Comcast cable modem service for a few years - they purchased ATTBI and picked up my area (ATTBI had previously bought medione - we've been through like 5 cable companies in 7 years). Once they got everything sorted out, the service was great. Unfortunately for Comcast, Verizon is now coming through and offering twice the bandwidth for 10 buck a month cheaper on their FIOS fiber infrastructure smile

I just was changed from Road Runner Time Warner over to Comcast. Quite a mess initially however I was told all emails would automatically forward from the old ISP for 12 months.
