I am currently a 763 FO at DVA. I have completed 10 flight legs and taken the captains exam. I am awaiting grading of the exam. I intend to obtain an additional rating on the 777. I hope to fly my uncle's flight on Sunday. It is KLM691 from Amsterdam to Toronto in a B777-200. I would like to fly this flight because it is of special importance to me. This is because my uncle is bringing his family to live permanently in Canada on this flight. I will try to obtain my 777 rating ASAP but I know it takes a long while for everything to go through say 2 days for my 763 exam then another 2 for the 777 fo exam, then a bit longer for the 777 checkride. Is there anyway I can get my 777 rating by Sunday. I have passed all my checkrides and tests at DVA so unless the 777 cr is something wickedly hard it shouldnt be a problem.

If the timing doesn't work out, you can always just do the flight. You just won't be able to PIREP it. Look at it this way, it's a good practice flight for you. Why don't you email the 777 Chief Pilot (you can find him on the "Our Staff" page)? He is the one to help you.
