Heres an idea that i was thinking of.....
I think DVA should have people that are like just incharge of Equiptment transfers. and some people who are in charge of grading exams. I think it would cut the wait time alot more.

Because DVA has a VAST number of members, Cheif Pilots and their assistants InBoxes are probably full, not to mention they have a million things to do in real life. And the bottom line is that they are volunteers, this is by far the best run VA I've seen, considering they have this many members.
