Has anyone noticed a problem with climbing right after takeoff with the 737-800. I cannot figure it out, but I would say the climb right after take off is just about non existant, solutions, comments? I'm lost. Hope everyone is well.

did you check trim, flaps etc.? Kinda vague on the problems so I can't offer to much help. Sorry.

If you tend to kick in the AP shortly after showing positive climb you're going to get a nose drop even if you've already set an Altitude Hold (it takes some time to spin the elevator trim up high enough to hold a climb at slow speeds). I stay off any autopilot until I approach 250 IAS. By then the climb rate is well established and the plane holds the climb rate much better.

If your problem is when flying manually, then your takeoff elevator trim is probably not set correctly.
