As of right now im F/O of the 737, and I know I have to be a 737
captain in order to get promoted !!! But my question is when I do get promoted can I
Go straight to the 767 or do i have to fly the 757, get promoted then go for the 767 ??

Trevir check the manuals to see if you could find the questions in there, but no you can go straight to the 767 program. Both the 757 and 767 are stage 3 aircraft.
