I am currently in the process of requesting additional aircraft ratings. I also want to try to be promoted to captian of the 737 program.

Heres my question: Should the testing center say this under the examination section ---You currently are in the process of transferring between Equipment Programs. Until your Equipment Program Transfer has been completed, you cannot take any new examinations.---- because im not swicthing programs, and want to take the captain written test ???
