ok ive just got a quick question. Im a 737 f/o that is eligable to become a captain (i just havnt had the time to take the test and stuff). Now i want to switch to the CRJ200 Program because thats all that we ever get here at my home airport at KLEX and since I live under the ILS i see them ALOT. But anyways ive done at least 10 CRJ 200 flights so if I switch over to the CRJ200 program am i eligable to become a captain or do i have to log 10 flights while i am a CRJ F/O

Thanks
Weston Woodward

I think that the 10 flights restriction only applies once you join the program--so you would join as a First Officer and have to do 10 more flights before being eligible to test for Captain. But I'm not 100% sure.

Once you switch to the CRJ program you become a First Officer and then your ten flights start counting at that time, not before.

This applies to any program you switch to btw, not just the CRJ
