Newbie question (I'm famous for them)...

What do RWY-INFO and SERV-INFO on the DVA aircraft panels do. To date I haven't had much luck getting them to do much of anything.

Make sure you have Servinfo loaded on your machine first. It should work then.

Ok, I had the same question.

I have Servinfo, but still not getting anything. Does it have to be at a specific place on the PC?

ServInfo has to be running un order for the ServInfo gauge to function. With ServInfo running, the gauge will show ATC online in the area that you are flying without having to exit FS.

The Rwyinfo gauge is just that. You put in the airport and select the desired runway and it will give you information such as frequencies and so forth.
