	Hey everyone, I was just wondering what the process is for taking a more active role in the running/development of DVA on a day to day. Nothing too intense as I am a college student with a lot on my shoulders, but something to show a little more oomf on my part to help out with operations. -Scott

	I've looked at that too Scott, being in the same situation you are, I applied for the 737ACP position that was open a little while back. Unfortunately I was not chosen. But who knows Scott, maybe we'll find something.

	When Williams and Keech post a job, make sure you show more interest than just raising your hand. Give them ideas on what would set you apart from the other candidates. Offer examples of how you would make a program better and what you would have to offer to the other pilots. Good Luck, CF
