Hello DVA team,

I just wonder how I can be type rated for flying Convair CV-880. Since Delta had set many world speed record (unbeatable due to speed restriction ;)), I would like to fly this beautiful aircraft. I have consulted with Promotion Guide but cannot see anything related with type rating for Convair CV-880.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Supruet! The CV-880 rating, I believe, is gained when you get a DC-8 rating.

That's correct, the CV-880 rating comes with the DC-8 rating. Just follow the promotion/additional rating guidelines for it.
