Hi!

It's very important to me to simulator to run as fast as possible. I like to keep nonreguired programs off when flying, and would ask from you, that is the ACARS v. 1.0 (maybe less functions?) lighter to run while flying than the v. 2.0? I don't really want to use it for anything else than logging the flight, I don't need to talk to other pilots enroute, check real schedules or calculate fuel. Does DeltaVA still support the older version of the program?

(Sorry for my possible bad English wink)

acars shouldn't affect the speed at which your FS runs at all...any version

let me caveat that - if you have a ridiculously old/slow system with very little RAM - possibly the process could slow down the overall processing speed of your computer

Ok, I have 1280mb RAM, so is this ridiculously slow? biggrin I continue using the newest version, I noticed, that the older one doesn't even contain all the airports...
