I'm pleased to announce that our server upgrade is almost complete. We managed to cannibalize some spare parts from the backup server, giving us some room for growth and allowing me to retire a server in my bonus room. We're still on a dual PIII-600 with 1GB RAM, but we now have 10GB of 7200rpm UltraWide SCSI drive space instead of 6GB.

Thanks for your patience; I had tried to minimize downtime as much as possible but I think tonight we had about an hour when the DNS caches expired.

Good Job. I used to be a Systems Admin for a company.. As such, I had to perform numerous systems replacements and upgrades and I know how those little 'gotcha' bugs can really frustrate you. Great Job.
