Hi. Does anyone know what the flap settings (and their speed limits) are for the MD-88 and the MD-90?

Oops, my bad. It seems to me that it was in the previous revision. Flap settings vary depending upon different factors such as weight. For most takeoffs, a flap setting of 5 should suffice and for landing 30. I hope that this helps some.

Actually for the MD-88 takeoff flap setting is 15 degrees and for landing is 30 or 40 depending on x-winds.
FLAP LIMIT SPEEDS
0 to 13 degrees – 280 KIAS or .57 Mach
15 to 20 degrees – 240 KIAS or .57 Mach
21 to 25 degrees – 220 KIAS or .57 Mach
26 to 30 degrees – 205 KIAS or .57 Mach
31 to 40 degrees – 200 KIAS or .57 Mach
SLAT LIMIT SPEEDS
Mid position – 280 KIAS or .57 Mach
Full extend – 240 KIAS or .57 Mach

Flaps 11 or 15 should be used for take-off. You will typically use flaps 15 which leads to slower v-speeds, less power and less fuel.
Flaps 40 is used for most landings unless landing in high wind conditions or in a strong cross-wind. In that case, you should use flaps 30. Keep in mind that these are generalized. As Steven mentioned, there are several factors that go into this as well.
