I down loaded PC tools anti virus and pop up blocker and now I cannot see anyother traffic on line? Any idea on how to correct this thanx.

Try turning off any firewalls such as the windows firewall and also PC Tools firewall. Also check and make sure that you are still connecting online automatically. Maybe PC Tools broke your autoconnect to the online multiplayer session.
