It seems to me like everytime I fly in the MD-88 or MD-90 I have problems with the avionics. After take-off the Course nob only will adjust every 10 degrees. The airspeed IAS button will only adjust up or down 10kts and the altitude will only change in segments of 1000 feet? Any help would be great cause this happens every flight. I don't know if its something Im doing wrong with the plane but it seems to be a problem within the panel. Any help ?

Check to make sure that your mouse is positioned. In FS9 if I am not mistaken there are two places to click on each side of those knobs. One space clicks by 10's and one space clicks by 1's. I may be wrong as I no longer run FS9 and in FSX I don't see this problem on the panel. I believe the mouse click spot on the knob is 1's and the one just off the knob is by 10's.

Check to make sure your FSUIPC is updated, and also does this 10 degree thing happen when the AP is on or off? or both? I found a couple of things online but nothing that matches what you have exactly. I would give your Chief Pilot a shout and see if he knows anything. He is the expert on Maddogs.

IAS and Alt can be adjusted by ones on the actual Guages. I have the same problem but with AP on using the Guages works fine. accept the heading but when I get close to needing it I fly by hand.
